Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced LVN Charge Nurse to join our team at Touchstone Communities.

About the Role

This is a 2pm to 10pm shift position, ideal for individuals who value flexibility and variety in their workday.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide best-in-class care to residents and community members as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Charge Nurse.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and exceptional outcomes.
  • Support professional growth through tuition reimbursement programs.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A current and valid Texas LVN nursing license or a current and valid LVN/LPN license from a Compact Party State.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing compassionate care and working collaboratively with healthcare teams.
