Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Activities:
    • Identify and onboard high-quality vendors to our network through outbound communication and negotiation.
    • Develop and execute daily sales campaigns to drive network growth and expansion.

    • Utilize strong analytical skills to track and report vendor performance metrics.
  • Vendor Management:
    • Monitor and analyze vendor performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
    • Provide regular feedback and coaching to vendors to improve performance and drive business results.
    • Develop and implement strategies to address vendor performance gaps and opportunities.
  • Administration:
    • Manage vendor tracking and reporting systems to ensure accurate and timely data.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; four-year degree or higher preferred.

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks per day.
