Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at IntelyCare. As an LPN, you will work in post-acute facilities in the Bangor, PA area, providing top-notch care to residents and making a positive impact on their lives.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is $32-$65 per hour, which is 25% higher than average. We also offer benefits such as healthcare, vision, and dental coverage for you and your eligible family members, employer-paid malpractice insurance, workers' compensation, and withholding of taxes.

Responsibilities
  • Work in post-acute facilities in the Bangor, PA area
  • Be accountable for following and adhering to resident care plans
  • Track the wellbeing of residents, both physical and mental, and monitor their vital signs
  • Conduct intakes, document health concerns and medical history of residents
  • Administer and properly verify medications and monitor their effects
  • Review residents' charts and medical records
  • Assist with the cultivation of a safe, comfortable facility
  • Maintain appropriate stocks of medical supplies
  • Participate in IV set up, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures
  • Help with the orientation and training of medical staff
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Current Pennsylvania state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Completion of approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program
  • H.S. diploma or GED (or equivalent)
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience (LPN or related role)
