Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities:
* Process and manage payroll for all employees
* Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
* Maintain and update payroll records
* Handle payroll inquiries and resolve any discrepancies
* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations
* Prepare and submit certified payroll reports
* Collaborate with HR and accounting departments
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in construction payroll
* Strong understanding of job costing, prevailing wage, and certified payroll reports
* Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations
Compensation:
* Pay range: $25.00 to $27.00 per hour
* Flexible pay based on experience
