Position Summary

We are currently in search of enthusiastic apprentice plumbing and HVAC technicians to join our team. Our mission involves working alongside Southern California utility companies to install tankless water heaters at minimal or no cost to our clients. While prior experience in plumbing and electrical work is advantageous, it is not mandatory. We value motivated individuals who enjoy hands-on work and possess strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adhere to instructions
• Participate in company meetings as necessary
• Maintain responsibility for company tools and vehicle
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Comfortably present additional upgrade options to customers
• Physically capable of lifting and transporting equipment
• Exhibit punctuality for scheduled appointments and meetings

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Successful completion of drug and background checks
• High school diploma or GED
• Proficient in using hands and power tools
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Effective problem-solving abilities
• Technologically adept (familiar with computers, tablets, smartphones, and Google applications)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
