At Verbal Beginnings, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Therapist to join our team at our early intervention ABA center. As a Senior Therapist, you will be responsible for providing 1:1 therapeutic services to clients, while living out our Pledge of Care and VB Pack Values: Passion, Accountability, Celebration & Kindness.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ABA therapy, with a minimum of 2 years of experience providing services to individuals with autism. A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Special Education is preferred, but not required. The successful candidate will be proficient in case management and clinical responsibilities, and will be able to work effectively with multiple clients and support client programming.

We offer a competitive salary of $23.00 per hour, as well as opportunities for growth and development in the ABA field.   • 40-hour RBT training required

  • Excellent communication skills
