At Verbal Beginnings, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Therapist to join our team at our early intervention ABA center. As a Senior Therapist, you will be responsible for providing 1:1 therapeutic services to clients, while living out our Pledge of Care and VB Pack Values: Passion, Accountability, Celebration & Kindness.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ABA therapy, with a minimum of 2 years of experience providing services to individuals with autism. A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Special Education is preferred, but not required. The successful candidate will be proficient in case management and clinical responsibilities, and will be able to work effectively with multiple clients and support client programming.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 therapeutic services to clients
  • Manage client cases and develop treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other therapists and staff members to support client programming
  • Act as a model employee and promote a positive work environment

Qualifications:

  • 40-hour RBT training required
  • 2+ years of experience providing ABA services
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Special Education preferred
  • Previous experience with or knowledge of individuals with ASD and ABA therapy
  • BLS/CPR Certification including pediatric BLS/CPR is required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Commitment to growth and development in the ABA field
