About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Personnel Officer to join our human resources department in Marktoberdorf-Leuterschach. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to employees and managers, ensuring seamless personnel administration, and contributing to the optimization of our processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance and support to employees and managers on personnel-related matters, ensuring compliance with legal and company guidelines.
  • Oversee all personnel-related topics, from employee onboarding to exit, and maintain accurate personnel records.
  • Support the production site in Leuterschach and the administration/R&D department in Kempten throughout the entire application process, conduct job interviews, prepare contract documents, and manage onboarding.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of innovative solutions to enhance our HR services.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in a field such as personnel management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and managers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities.
