The Bartender is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality to our guests. As a Bartender, you will be the face of our restaurant, providing genuine connections and engaging service to create a memorable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of sanitation and safety.
- Prepare and serve beverages to guests, using a variety of techniques and recipes to create unique and delicious drinks.
- Develop a deep understanding of our menu and make recommendations to guests to enhance their dining experience.
- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members, using active listening skills and clear, concise language.
- Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
- Stay up-to-date with menu changes, promotions, and events, using this knowledge to provide exceptional service and make informed recommendations to guests.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge, staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous hospitality experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Basic computer skills, including experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout shifts.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly and safely in a busy restaurant environment.
