Solar Grounds Technician

We are seeking a skilled Vegetation Maintenance Specialist to join our team at NextEra Energy, Inc. in Crows Landing, California. As a key member of our Power Generation Division, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and care of grounds associated with solar generation facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Operate equipment to maintain vegetation and ground conditions, including zero-turn lawn mowers, skid steers, tractors with brush hogs, and sickle mowers.
- Perform routine and basic corrective maintenance on equipment.
- Plow snow during winter months and manually clear snow from panels.
- Operate snow clearing equipment and manually clean solar panels.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- High School Graduation or equivalent.
- 0+ years of experience.
- None specified.
The base pay for this position is $38,400.00 to $57,600.00 per year. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position is eligible for Company-sponsored benefits.
