Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Vegetation Maintenance Specialist to join our team at NextEra Energy, Inc. in Crows Landing, California. As a key member of our Power Generation Division, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and care of grounds associated with solar generation facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate equipment such as zero-turn lawn mowers, skid steers, and tractors with brush hogs to maintain vegetation and ground conditions.
  • Perform routine and basic corrective maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Plow snow during winter months and manually clear snow from solar panels.
  • Operate snow clearing equipment and manually clean solar panels to ensure maximum energy production.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High School Graduation or equivalent required.

Compensation and Benefits
