About the Role

Cedars-Sinai is seeking a highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team in Beverly Anesthesia. As a CRNA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and evaluations of patients
  • Review and order laboratory/diagnostic studies as needed
  • Acquire informed consent for anesthesia and related services
  • Select and administer pre-anesthetic medication or treatment
  • Develop and implement anesthesia care plans
  • Select and administer analgesic and anesthetic agents, adjuvant drugs, and fluids
  • Perform airway management, including fiberoptic intubation
  • Facilitate emergence and recovery from anesthesia
  • Initiate and administer post-anesthesia pharmacological or fluid support
  • Provide post-anesthesia follow-up evaluation and care
  • Discharge patients from the post-anesthesia care unit
Requirements
  • Masters' Degree in Nursing preferred
  • Doctorate Degree in Nurse Anesthesia Practice Preferred
  • California registered nurse license and CRNA license required
  • Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
  • 1 year of experience as a CRNA preferred
