Key Responsibilities- Patient Care and Education: Provide personalized patient care and education on the use and maintenance of respiratory equipment, including CPAP, BiPAP, Oxygen, Nebulizers, and other equipment as assigned.
- Equipment Setup and Troubleshooting: Set up and troubleshoot respiratory equipment in patient's homes, offices, or clinics, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
- Communication and Coordination: Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and coordination.
- Administrative Support: Provide clerical support with daily activities, including scheduling appointments, processing new referrals, and interacting with patients and walk-ins.
- Quality Assurance: Identify trends and opportunities for improvement in systems and processes to enhance efficiency and cost savings.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: One year of work-related experience in healthcare administration, finance, or insurance customer services, claims, billing, call center, or management.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
