About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partner Manager to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving and defining key segments of our seller onboarding strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support strategic, external accounts and serve as a trusted advisor: Serve as their 'quarterback,' working across teams to successfully onboard them onto our platform, address pain points and solve issues.
  • Oversee their Go-to-Market: Partner with Seller Success on annual and quarterly business planning and performance tracking for strategic channel partners. Continually drive and refine our go-to-market operation for the enterprise segment.
  • Work cross-functionally: Collaborate with legal, product/engineering, and adjacent business teams (Walmart GoLocal, Walmart Marketplace) to deliver best-in-class channel partner and seller experiences. Build, maintain, and enhance effective internal and external partnerships through professional accepted and ethical outcomes.
  • Have a data-driven mindset of continuous improvement working with internal teams to optimize our Enterprise onboarding processes, resulting in greater speed & accuracy, and ultimately a better experience for our Seller partners.
  • Demonstrate a growth mindset, a high level of ownership, and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 2 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 4 years' experience in operations, project management, or related area.
  • Background in Customer Success, Account Management, Growth Operations, Support, Program Management, Business Operations, or a related field.
  • Client-facing experience.
  • Familiar with CRM tools.
