At Tomorrow's Hope, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Staff Member to join our team in providing exceptional care to individuals with varying needs.

About the Role:

The Support Staff Member is responsible for providing daily training and support to our clients in various aspects of daily living skills, including dressing, bathing, grooming, toileting, hygiene, eating, communication, behavior modification, social skills, money management, and community integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement client schedules and programs on a daily basis
  • Collect and record accurate data and other required documentation
  • Prepare meals as assigned
  • Assist clients with medication delivery
  • Ensure all clients' rights are upheld

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Valid State ID
  • Clearance from the Department of Health and Welfare Criminal History Unit
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Certification in CPR/FA, Mandt, and Assistance with Medication Administration (can be completed within 60 days of hire)

Compensation:

$15-$17 hourly wage
