Job Overview

We're currently seeking a skilled Critical Care Nurse for a 13-week contract position. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $89,832 per year, based on a 36-hour workweek and a gross weekly pay of $2,128.05. Our competitive compensation package includes benefits such as early pay program, student loan reimbursement, and free well-being tele-visits with a psychologist.

Job Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities as a Critical Care Nurse will include:

  • Providing individualized patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Assessing patients' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing plans to meet those needs
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and treatment plans
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of recent experience in a Progressive Care Unit
  • A valid Registered Nurse license
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
