We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical Specialty Unit team at Swedish Issaquah. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, identify, and prioritize patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient vital signs.
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care, including communicating with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health literacy and empowering patients to take an active role in their care.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse license.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- At least one year of experience in a Medical-Surgical setting.
