Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in supporting students with communication disorders and ensuring their success in the classroom and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and Intervention: Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to evaluate students' communication skills and determine eligibility for speech-language services. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and intervention strategies to address speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Therapy Services: Provide direct therapy services to students with diverse communication needs, including articulation, fluency, voice, and language disorders.
  • Collaboration and Consultation: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication skills in the classroom and educational settings. Provide consultation and training to school staff on strategies for supporting students with communication disorders.
  • Record Keeping and Data Analysis: Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments, progress reports, and therapy sessions. Monitor student progress, collect data, and adjust intervention plans as needed to promote growth and achievement.

Requirements:

  • Education and Licensure: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Valid Indiana state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Experience and Skills: Previous experience working as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a school or educational setting preferred. Strong knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and best practices in speech-language pathology. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
