The position formulates partnerships across the clinical function to deliver value services to our clients to reflect the business objectives of the organization. The Speech Language Pathologist we are needing on staff is to: evaluate, plan, and provide therapy for speech/language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders to our clients.

Requirements:

Required Education and Experience

  • Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Required Licensed certificate in Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Indiana within the last 12 months.
  • At least 1 to 5 years’ experience as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders in a multi-disciplinary team setting, or the equivalent combination of training, education and experience to perform the job successfully

Physical Demands

This is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting or standing, speaking, listening, close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus when performing the job. It also may require occasional lifting, carrying, walking, climbing, and bending/stooping. SLP in this position must be physically able to efficiently perform the essential functions of the position.

Work Environment:

Work is performed in a clinical environment. Work may be stressful at times due to a busy center environment with clients.
