Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Nexus Health Systems Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional telephone answering and receptionist services, as well as performing complex administrative tasks.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, responding to their inquiries in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, handling correspondence, and ensuring that all front office duties are completed efficiently.

As a skilled administrator, you will possess strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be proficient in various software applications, including Microsoft Office, and have experience with computer hardware and office equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and certification in medical administration would be an asset.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
