Job Description

Overview

Procore Technologies is seeking a skilled Product Development Manager to join our Product & Technology Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing product strategy for our Quality and Safety tools, ensuring our customer base gets value out of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior product, design, and engineering leads to discover, clarify, and evangelize the future of our product.
  • Use analytic, discovery, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills to enable better experiences in our product and increase adoption of our products.
  • Conduct customer discovery and validation, synthesizing feedback into actionable trends.
  • Effectively use qualitative and quantitative data analysis to inform decision-making processes.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our strategy and evangelize the product vision across the organization to ensure alignment and buy-in.
  • Work closely with customers and go-to-market teams to think beyond software and deliver a whole solution.
  • Become well-versed in the construction industry and its diverse collaboration challenges to guide and communicate the value you're creating for our customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an enterprise SaaS Product Management role or 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • History of customer-centered problem-solving.
  • Strong analysis, analytics, and synthesis skills, demonstrating the ability to break down problems into components and structure solutions.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills, with a focus on asking the right questions.
