About the Role
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate employee or attorney with exceptional communication skills.
- Collect client information to brief employees or attorneys before transferring calls.
- Retrieve files as needed for attorneys.
- Scan and upload documents into the filing system efficiently.
- Assist with large-scale mailings when required.
- Log and stamp all incoming mail accurately.
- Order office supplies necessary, such as Quill or Staples.
- Schedule FedEx pickups for employees when needed.
- Enter and upload data into online systems securely.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Demonstrate a friendly and professional phone demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Possess strong customer service skills to provide an excellent experience.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Show high levels of organization and attention to detail.
- Preferred experience in a legal environment but not required.
