Job Overview

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Substance Use Disorder Professional/Trainee to join our team at the Renacer Youth Treatment Center in Seattle, WA.

This is a full-time position that requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality care to patients with substance use disorders. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with diverse populations and a strong understanding of the disease concept of chemical dependency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct counseling services to patients in a one-to-one or group format
  • Perform assessments, evaluations, and intakes to identify patient needs and develop treatment plans
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
  • Provide clinical supervision to SUD Trainees, if assigned
  • Meet productivity standards, including a minimum of 40 face-to-face encounters per week or 85 direct service hours per week
Requirements
  • Must possess a Substance Use Disorder Professional license from the Department of Health
  • Must have a Bachelor's degree
  • Must have up to three years' experience in a related field
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
