About the Role:

The Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) performs ASAM assessments, develops treatment plans, and provides case management for clients with SUDs and CODs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct ASAM assessments and create treatment plans for SUDs and CODs.
  • Provide counseling and facilitate groups for individuals with SUDs and CODs.
  • Collaborate with the LADC supervisor to develop SUD programming and training.
  • Provide education for clients, family, and community.
  • Timely completion of documentation and compliance with professional and ethical responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a health and human services counseling field.
  • Current Substance Use Disorder Professional credential from the state where services are being provided.
