Job Title: Assistant Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Project Management / Owners' Representation team. This position will primarily focus on managing the design and construction of modernizations and new construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting project team on large complex projects and assignments.
  • Proactively managing project-related issues.
  • Assisting in developing scope, budget, and schedule for assigned projects.
  • Participating in and documenting all weekly meetings.
  • Assisting in coordinating and tracking RFP's; maintaining accurate and consistent electronic files and documentation.
  • Assisting in the coordination of activities of sub-consultants.
  • Interacting and negotiating with contractors and subcontractors.
  • Preparing/updating project status reports, processing purchase orders and invoices, updating tracking reports, and maintaining files for due diligence and financials.
  • Assisting in providing all deliverables per KRAMER agreements with clients.
  • Demonstrating a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Essential Skills:
  • Ability to prepare and track budgets.
  • Understanding of technical requirements for a business relocation.
  • Familiarity with architectural drawings and furniture and space planning concepts.
  • Flexibility with work hours and travel as needed.
  • Highly organized with strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and manage priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project.
