School Psychologist

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a highly qualified School Psychologist to join our team. As a School Psychologist, you will play a critical role in supporting the social, emotional, and academic development of students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling services to students and their parents to address social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
- Participate in a multi-tiered system of support to identify and address the needs of students with social/emotional and behavioral needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that meet the unique needs of each student.
- Develop and maintain a schedule to ensure compliance with all required meetings and services.
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Psychology or a related field.
- Endorsement as a School Psychologist as prescribed in the bylaws of the State Department of Education.
- Experience or specialized training in pediatric mental health is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and maintain ethical and accountability standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
