The Clinical Registered Nurse (RN) at Oregon Health & Science University provides compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals, families, and communities. This role is part of the Family Medicine team at Richmond Clinic, a primary care clinic and Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care, including telephone triage and in-clinic visits
Manage patient care coordination and disease management
Work collaboratively with Providers, Pharmacists, and Behavioral Health clinicians
Participate in care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
BSN or ADN degree from an accredited program
Current, unencumbered Oregon State Registered Nurse License
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
2+ years of experience working as an RN in direct patient care
