Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our plant, including offices, bathrooms, break rooms, and production areas.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize all areas of the plant, including offices, bathrooms, break rooms, and production areas
  • Operate forklift, electric pallet jack, and compactor as needed
  • Maintain floor care, including sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing tile floors and vacuuming and cleaning carpeted floors
  • Keep inventory of supplies and order when necessary
  • Remove trash and recyclables from plant, office, and cafeteria area

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Simpson Strong-Tie Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Certification required
  • 3 years related experience and/or training
  • Able to consistently prioritize safety and promote a safe work environment
  • Excellent communication and self-management skills
