Plant Operations Manager

Job Summary
Niagara Bottling is seeking a highly skilled Plant Director to lead all aspects of operation and performance in a manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will oversee all duties in a single-line plant, including safety, quality, production, processing, machinery, and packaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading a safe plant culture and ensuring product quality control.
- Responsible for plant production goals and managing specific cost controls.
- Direct and coordinate plant operations within company policy and guidelines.
- Work with department managers to ensure coordination of purchasing, production, quality, and shipping.
- Select and train plant supervisory and administrative staff.
- Foster a well-trained and motivated staff through excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Conduct employee performance reviews and schedule plant meetings.
- Ensure maintenance of a clean and safe plant environment.
- Communicate with all levels of personnel through strong interpersonal skills.
- Attend corporate trainings and meetings.
Requirements
- Minimum Qualifications:
- 6 years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment.
- 4 years of experience in a position.
- 6 years of experience managing people/projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment.
- 6 years of experience working in a position.
- 8 years of experience managing people/projects.

Typical Compensation Range:
Pay Rate Type: Salary $190, $266,641.83 / Yearly Bonus Target 25% Annual
