About the Role:
Cleveland Clinic's Euclid Hospital is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medical-Surgical Unit. As a New Grad RN, you will participate in a year-long residency program, customized to fit your needs and pace, where you will:
- Provide direct nursing care to adult and geriatric patients with ranging medical-surgical diagnoses.
- Be paired with a coach that guides you toward success and helps you develop clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and complex nursing skills.
About the Unit:
The Medical-Surgical Unit is a 31-bed unit comprised of 7 private rooms and 10 semi-private rooms. Our average daily census is 25, and we have a 4-bed observation room for patients who may be confused, at risk for falls, or in need of closer visual monitoring based on diagnosis.
About the Ideal Candidate:
We are looking for a team-oriented individual who can easily adapt to change, is attentive and detail-oriented, and has excellent critical thinking and assessment skills. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate a strong work ethic and be committed to providing exceptional patient care.
