- Oversee the scheduling and management of care staff.
- Coordinate and ensure the completion of daily tasks.

- Ensure personalized Memory Boxes are established for each resident.
- Collaborate with the Activities Coordinator to facilitate engaging activities and outings.
- Update and maintain resident service plans reflecting individual needs and abilities.
- Effectively manage and respond to resident behaviors.
- Communicate with healthcare providers regarding residents' health statuses as needed.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation for each resident.
- Assist in scheduling medical appointments and transportation for residents.
- Exhibit proficiency in all aspects of medication administration.
- Stay informed about state regulations and community policies.
- Support the orientation and training of care staff.
- Evaluate and manage the performance of care staff.
- Be knowledgeable about the community's fire safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Conduct departmental meetings and training sessions.
- Address non-clinical resident and family concerns with professionalism.
- Maintain a courteous and friendly demeanor with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues.
- Experience or training in a similar environment is preferred.
- Current Med Tech certification is mandatory.
- Understanding and compassion for the needs of seniors.
- Experience with residents experiencing Alzheimer's and memory impairments.
- Ability to work in a caring environment without posing safety or health risks.
- Capability to foster teamwork and manage team dynamics.
