Greet customers and assist them with any inquiries regarding their vehicle's maintenance and repair needs.
Effectively communicate with customers about their vehicle's repair requirements and relay information to the Service Technicians.
Duties:
- Greet customers and help them determine the necessary repairs and associated costs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about the range of services available and contact customers to update them about their vehicle's repair status.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers.
- Consult with customers on applicable service specials and promotions.
- Document services declined and follow up with customers on future service considerations.
- Keep customers informed on completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
- Remain involved with the delivery of the vehicle to the customer upon completion to ensure all customer concerns are addressed.
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether by phone or in person, to ensure a positive service experience.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Service Advisor experience required.
- An energetic, upbeat, and engaging attitude.
- CDK experience is a plus.
- Must have a professional appearance, computer skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Driver's license and clean driving record.
- Able to work efficiently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
