Job Summary

The Physician Liaison Director at SENTA Partners is a leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing referral sales processes, and leading a high-performing sales and marketing team. This dynamic role involves recruiting new patients to SENTA practices by working with the team of PLs, cultivating relationships with external referral sources through coordinated marketing activities and a consultative sales approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Strategic Sales Plan: Craft a sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals and drives sustained growth.
  • Train, Coach and Mentor the PL Team: Empower the team with the knowledge and skills needed for success.
  • Provide Leadership and Direction for Growth Revenue Initiatives: Ensure that all sales efforts are cohesive, strategic, and aligned with company and SENTA Practices' objectives.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Assess current sales, tracking and impact processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to the sales team, ensuring that they are equipped to meet and exceed their goals.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Streamline sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, minimizing friction in the cycle.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track sales performance against established targets and KPIs, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop talent.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and sales technologies, with experience in optimizing their use.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
