Crisis Intervention Specialist

Are you passionate about supporting individuals in crisis? Do you have a strong background in psychology or social work? We're seeking a Crisis Intervention Specialist to join our team at Health Care and Rehabilitation Services (HCRS).

About the Role:

  • Provide assessment, counseling, and case management services to individuals and families experiencing a mental health crisis.
  • Collaborate with internal and external providers to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address client needs.
  • Conduct mental status exams and suicide assessments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience working with individuals of all ages in mental health and/or substance use contexts.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
