• Warmly greeting parents and students upon their arrival.
• Managing phone and email communications related to scheduling inquiries.
• Adjusting schedules for students and staff as required.
• Supervising practice exams, including ACT, SAT, and/or ISEE, on designated days.
• Evaluating and digitizing test results.
• Supporting the Office Manager with various administrative duties, including tracking student progress.
• Ensuring the office environment is organized, tidy, and maintaining an inventory of educational materials and snacks.
• Preparing welcome packages for new students and special events.
• Contributing to social media content by providing relevant photos and information as needed.

• Possess a friendly and professional demeanor with excellent communication abilities; comfortable engaging with clients over the phone.
• Demonstrate outstanding time management and organizational skills.
• This role requires availability during specified evening hours and weekends.
• This is a seasonal position aligned with the academic calendar.
• Note: The organization remains operational during most school breaks.
