The Role

We're seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our assembly team on the 2nd shift. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for directing the production process, ensuring quality and efficiency, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. If you're a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for automotive manufacturing, we want to hear from you

Your Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update training matrices to ensure team members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Record downtime, scraps, and team efficiency to identify areas for improvement.
  • Understand and administer HR policies to support employee development and well-being.
  • Coach and counsel employees with performance concerns, and independently administer corrective actions when necessary.
  • Approve vacation and appointment time requests to ensure team members have the time they need to recharge and grow.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking an Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, with 3-5 years of supervisory experience in high-volume production, preferably in assembly. You'll need to demonstrate mechanical aptitude, basic computer skills, and the ability to learn and perform all team jobs.
