Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize production processes according to customer orders, prioritizing efficiency and quality.
  • Act as a backup for operators on the assembly line, ensuring continuity and productivity.
  • Develop and implement work instructions, training operators to enhance their skills.
  • Process internal scrap and input data into SAP, maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinate autonomous maintenance and 5S across all production lines, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Ensure the proper functioning of poka yoke devices on assembly equipment, adhering to control plans.
  • Organize and escalate indirect tasks during emergency situations, demonstrating proactive problem-solving.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant federal and state laws, ensuring compliance and training staff accordingly.
  • Continuously improve organization and processes in the production area, driving innovation and growth.

  • Shift hours: Nights S-Th 7:30 pm - 6:30 am
