Sanitation Supervisor Job Description

At Doughboy Restaurant Group, we're seeking a highly skilled Sanitation Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the sanitation team to ensure all areas of the facility are clean and safe.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sanitation schedules and protocols to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any sanitation-related issues or safety concerns.
  • Collaborate with production, quality control, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless integration of sanitation efforts with production schedules.
  • Lead by example and promote a culture of excellence and safety throughout the organization.
Requirements:
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a sanitation role, preferably in a food manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Familiarity with sanitation regulations, including OSHA, FDA, and HACCP.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:

The Sanitation Supervisor will work primarily in a facility environment, which may include exposure to chemicals, machinery, and varying temperatures. Standing for extended periods, walking, bending, and lifting may be required.
