Sanitation Supervisor Role

Doughboy Restaurant Group is seeking a highly skilled Sanitation Supervisor to join our team at our Alsip facility. As a key member of our sanitation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the sanitation team to ensure efficient and effective cleaning practices
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sanitation schedules to meet regulatory requirements
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address sanitation-related issues
  • Collaborate with production, quality control, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless integration of sanitation efforts

Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a sanitation role, preferably in a food manufacturing or industrial setting
  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience
  • Familiarity with sanitation regulations, including OSHA, FDA, and HACCP
  • Strong leadership and communication skills

Work Environment:

The Sanitation Supervisor will work primarily in a facility environment, which may include exposure to chemicals, machinery, and varying temperatures. Standing for extended periods, walking, bending, and lifting may be required.
