Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Service Representative to join our team at HealthLink (Fitness Center) in a PRN Days capacity. As a key member of our rehabilitation clinic, you will be responsible for coordinating office services and related activities, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate scheduling for the clinic, monitoring clinic numbers, and generating daily and weekly productivity reports.
  • Responsible for work processes of the department, including daily operations and completing established competencies for the position within a designated introductory period.
  • Ensure maximum utilization of services and equipment, with knowledge of general health care issues, trends, and quality management.
  • Other related duties as assigned by management.
Work Environment

Our rehabilitation clinic is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires strong communication and organizational skills. As a Patient Service Representative, you will work closely with our healthcare team to provide exceptional patient care and support.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge of general health care issues, trends, and quality management.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
