The estimated salary for this position is $124,000 - $144,000 per year, based on the level of experience and qualifications required. Job Description

The Nurse Flow Manager Perianesthesia is responsible for maximizing efficiency of patient flow, controlling the transfer of patients to and from the Operating Room/Procedural Areas to the PACU. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in nursing and current licensure to practice as a registered nurse in the State of Massachusetts.
  • Extensive knowledge of patient flow and perianesthesia department operations.
  • Proven ability to work well independently and possess sound decision-making skills.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills to provide effective leadership for promoting interdisciplinary collaborative teamwork.
  • Ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
