About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vascular Access Nurse Manager to join our team at Fresenius Medical Care. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our vascular access facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
  • Conduct regular audits and quality improvement initiatives to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and complete medical records, ensuring confidentiality and security of patient information.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent required; Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) or higher preferred.
  • 6-8 years' experience in a related field, with 3+ years' experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and ACLS certification required.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and medical database software.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of $83,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
