Position SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented individual to become a part of our Maintenance Team. This role is perfect for those who thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy a variety of maintenance responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with landscaping tasks, including lawn maintenance, snow removal, and general grounds upkeep.
- Perform minor repairs such as painting, drywall patching, and basic carpentry.
- Maintain cleanliness and overall condition of properties.
- Document all maintenance and repair activities using Yardi software.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to tenants and address their inquiries professionally.
- Oversee tenant move-out processes and ensure thorough clean-up.
- Operate Speedway vehicles to various locations as needed.
- Adhere to safety regulations and maintain an organized work environment.
- Continuously seek ways to enhance processes and improve productivity while meeting customer needs.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

This position requires physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 75 lbs and pull up to 100 lbs. The work environment includes:
- Heated and cooled indoor spaces, with occasional outdoor tasks
- Frequent walking, standing, and manual dexterity
- Regular bending, reaching, twisting, kneeling, and squatting
- Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience or equivalent work experience, along with a valid driver's license.
- Basic understanding of maintenance tasks and procedures.

- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computers and tablets.
- Strong time management abilities.
- Associate's degree in Technology or Maintenance Engineering.
