Position Overview

The Department of Radiology is experiencing significant growth, presenting numerous opportunities for professional development across various specialized areas. As an Emergency Radiologist, your primary focus will be on diagnostic imaging within emergency contexts, providing expert consultations on critical radiographic cases, including CT scans, Ultrasounds, and MRIs. This position allows you to collaborate with a diverse group of healthcare professionals and utilize state-of-the-art imaging technology and research resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in 10-hour shifts covering evening and night hours with a flexible clinical schedule
  • Deliver high-quality patient care within the Emergency Service
  • Contribute to clinical and imaging operations related to emergency situations
  • Participate in the education, training, and mentorship of students and faculty
  • Support clinical and translational research initiatives

Qualifications

  • M.D., D.O., or Ph.D. in imaging or related disciplines
  • Board certification in Radiology (ABR, AOBR)
  • Experience in a relevant Diagnostic Radiology specialty
  • Licensure in the State of Ohio
  • Commitment to fostering diversity and inclusivity
