About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Gundersen Health System. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat individuals with disabilities, injuries, and disease using appropriate modalities and treatment techniques.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide education and consultation regarding patient care needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention and education plans to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with departmental standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Wisconsin.
  • Basic Life Support certification for Healthcare Providers.
