Hospital Sisters Health System is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care Cardiac Intensive Care team. As a Registered Nurse in this setting, you will have the opportunity to work with our sickest and most vulnerable patients, providing high-quality medical care and a healing touch.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Cardiac Intensive Care unit
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs and respond to changes in patient condition
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification preferred
