We are seeking a skilled Roofing Foreman to join Michael C. Graham and Son Construction. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing roofing projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Inspect problem roofs to determine the best repair procedures, estimate materials and labor required to complete roofing jobs, and manage project timelines.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train roofing teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers, communicate project scope and status, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Experience: Past experience as a roofing foreman or supervisor preferred.
- Skillset: Experience with hand-held and power tools, working with various building materials, and ability to work at heights.
- Physical Demands: Ability to climb ladders and stairs, lift 40+ pounds repetitively, and work on feet for extended periods.
