Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join our team at Denton County, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing public health programs, promoting health education, and working closely with community partners to improve health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and implement public health programs, including health education, outreach, and promotion activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, including healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations.
  • Conduct health education and outreach activities, including presentations, workshops, and one-on-one counseling.
  • Collect and analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist with grant writing and reporting, as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as public health, health education, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in public health or health education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
