Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at S&S Property Management Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical and plumbing systems, HVAC, and appliance repair. Additionally, they should be able to diagnose and maintain/fix various systems and equipment, including water irrigation systems, stairs, gates, fences, patios, and railings. The successful candidate will also have a truck or reliable transportation and be able to take rotation weekend calls and on-call emergencies. Preferred qualifications include HVAC, EPA, and CPO certification and/or experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Diagnosing and maintaining/fixing electrical and plumbing systems, HVAC, and appliances
  • Repairing and maintaining water irrigation systems, stairs, gates, fences, patios, and railings
  • Assisting with moving appliances and keeping the property clean
  • Taking rotation weekend calls and on-call emergencies
