About the Role

We are seeking an experienced System Engineer to lead our team in developing and implementing complex hardware and software systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system engineering, with experience in managing system requirements, developing system architecture, and leading design and development efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain detailed system engineering documentation
  • Derive detailed lower-level requirements from higher-level allocated requirements
  • Implement comprehensive security and architecture solutions
  • Manage the technical integrity of system baselines and support Department of Defense certification and accreditation processes
  • Collaborate with program personnel, government officials, and senior executives to ensure successful project outcomes
Requirements
  • Fourteen (14) years of experience as a System Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity
  • Three (3) years of experience with VMware architecture, installation, and configuration, including failover with VMotion and implementing rollback capability
  • Three (3) years of experience with Central Remote Management capability, configuration management, and leveraging VMware's monitoring capability
  • Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university
  • Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph
